They are the same height as a Lexus LC500 and Toyota GT86 and the same length as a RR Phantom VIII

Here's a proper yank tank: https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/21082751?m...Bring back memories, I was in the US working on a summer camp in 1991 and met a lovely girl called Anya, she had bought an immaculate one of these for next to nothing off a neighbour who had stopped driving, it was like a new car but these were out of favour back then, just a big old dollop of a car and not considered a classic, still plentiful. Thinking about it, it was badged as Ford, not Lincoln but was an identical body style.Anyway, had a couple of dates, the second of which was going to see a charming film called "Dying Young", we arrived back at the camp and her parents were waiting, her gran had died suddenly and they came to collect her, never saw her again !Had been wondering about whether I could get a green card and live in the US, next minute, gone !Anyway, the car was nice, cruising round listening to JJ Cale, I had a quick go in a car park (of the car) I assumed having a V8 it would be fast, it wasn't, felt like it was broken.
