엔진 브레이킹(다운시프팅)이 추가적인 마모를 일으키는가?
처리 내용
대부분의 주행 상황에서는 드라이브트레인의 각 기어 톱니의 '앞면'에 부하가 걸리고 마모가 발생합니다. 크랭크샤프트의 톱니 앞부분이 다음 기어의 톱니 뒷부분을 밀고, 이렇게 연쇄적으로 작동합니다. '엔진 브레이킹'을 사용할 때는 톱니를 반대 방향으로 물려서 보통 그냥 따라오기만 하던 면에 힘과 마모를 주는 것뿐입니다. 그렇다면 엔진이 더 빨리 닳는가? 미미한 정도입니다. 왜냐하면 닳는 부분들은 원래 반대쪽에서 닳아서 교체되어야 하는 부분들이기 때문입니다. 당신은 원래라면 거의 마모 없이 버려질 표면들을 닳히고 있을 뿐입니다. 의학 용어를 빌려 말하면, 엔진/트랜스미션은 그 마모와 함께 수명을 다하지, 그 마모로 인해 죽는 것이 아닙니다. 엔진 브레이킹으로 브레이크에서 클러치로 마모를 옮긴다고 말하는 사람들에게는 이렇게 말할 수밖에 없습니다. 당신이 잘못 하고 있습니다!

2016 지프 체로키(그랜드 체로키 아님) 4기통 액티브드라이브 원 장착 차량. 우측 급회전 시 후륜 한쪽이 걸리는 현상 발생, 래칫 음성 발생. 리어 디프 어셈블리를 2회 교체했으나 증상 지속. 모든 컴퓨터에서 코드 없음. 리어 프레셔 센서(또는 후륜 센서) 언플러그 시 증상 변화.
PCM에 27개의 코드가 저장되어 있으며 다른 모든 모듈에도 코드가 있었습니다. 대부분의 코드는 통신 관련 또는 CAN 코드였습니다. 체크 엔진 표시등이 켜져 있었습니다. Solus를 사용하여 코드를 지우려고 시도했지만 통신 불가 상태가 발생했습니다.
연료계가 비어있음(E)으로 표시되고 주행거리계(오도미터)가 영(0)으로 리셋됨. 현재 정비소에 입고되지 않음.
ABS 경고등 점등, 4WD 작동 불가. 코드: U1408 (우측 휠 거리 신호 부정상, 트랜스미션), U1412 (수신된 차량 속도 신호 부정상, ABS), C003A (RR 휠 스피드 센서 회로 전류 범위 초과), U0403 (부정상 데이터 수신)
