증상

토요타 코롤라를 새 차 때부터 구매해 항상 합성유로 교환했습니다. 어제 딜러십에서 실수로 일반유를 넣었고 영수증으로 확인했습니다. 딜러 어드바이저는 합성유와 새 필터로 교환해주겠다고 했지만, 이미 깨끗해 보이는 오일 게이지로는 확인할 수 없어 정말 교환했는지 알 수 없습니다.

처리 내용

차량 매뉴얼을 확인하면 합성유가 필수인지 알 수 있습니다. 많은 코롤라 모델은 ILSAC GF-5 멀티그레이드 엔진오일(SAE 0W-20 권장)만 명시하고 있으며, 반드시 합성유여야 한다고 규정하지 않습니다. 일반유도 토요타 엔진 요구사항을 충족합니다. 딜러십이 무료로 재교환을 제안했다면, 이는 매우 좋은 고객 서비스입니다. 신뢰하고 교환을 진행해도 됩니다. 만약 교환하지 않더라도 현재의 일반유는 토요타 엔진 사양을 만족하므로 큰 문제가 발생하지 않을 것입니다.
