증상
BMW 5시리즈 투어링(G31) 페달 커버 설치 작업 중 증상 기록: 우측 페달과 좌측 페달의 높이 차이를 줄이기 위해 페달 커버 설치 진행 중. 액셀 페달 유닛 분리 완료(T30 톱니로 제거). 페달 커넥터 분리 - 배선은 길지만 클립은 단단했으나 분리는 문제없음. 페달에 화이트로 위치 마킹. 스페이서 없이 커버 설치 시 우측 페달이 약 5mm 전진 위치로 조정됨. 브레이크 페달이 단단한 상태.
처리 내용
BMW 5시리즈 투어링(G31) 페달 커버 설치 완료(G87 M2와 동일한 고정 방식 적용). 액셀 페달 유닛 분리 - T30 톱니로 제거. 페달 커넥터 분리 - 배선 길이 확인 후 클립 조심히 해제. 페달 위치 마킹 후 커버 정렬. 스페이서 없이 설치하면 우측 페달이 약 5mm 앞으로 나감(필요시 스페이서 두께 조정). 브레이크 페달 작동 확인 필요 - 페달 간섭 또는 단단함이 있으면 스페이서 조정 또는 설치 위치 재확인.
