증상
2007 Chevrolet Aveo가 P0340 코드와 함께 크랭크는 되지만 시동이 걸리지 않음. 새로운 캠축 위치 센서(CMP 센서)로 교체 후 P0340 코드는 사라졌지만 여전히 시동이 걸리지 않음. 새 센서의 나사 구멍이 정렬되지 않아 한쪽으로 기울어짐. 오실로스코프 측정 결과 새 센서의 출력이 더 악화됨 - 규칙적인 펄스 대신 긴 펄스 하나와 짧은 펄스 하나가 나타남.
처리 내용
센서 신호 배선을 재확인함. 잘못된 배선점 발견: 검정색/분홍색 배선 사이가 아닌 검정색/검정색-파란색 배선 사이에서 신호를 가져가야 함. 분홍색 배선은 센서 전원 공급선이었으며, 센서가 전류를 소비할 때 전압 강하로 인해 신호로 보였던 것. 랩 환경에서 센서를 테스트하여 올바른 신호 파형 확인: 펄스의 엣지는 가파르고 0-5V 범위여야 함. 센서 마운팅 위치 재조정 및 배선 연결 재확인 필요. 올바른 신호 파형 획득 후 시동 재테스트.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure

Well the AMG went and the Shark 6 has arrived. It was a better choice for me to be honest, with wanting to go into the dunes (see later on in the post how that went, rookie error) and for putting the kids bikes in etc etc - The long warranty and at the price they are it was a no brainer.
