That means 70% is coming from other places yet we are paying generators £178 per Mwh. Its a broken system and the government is successfully gaslighting us. Marginal pricing. While gas is still the predominant fallback supply then it will persist. So is Gas the problem or Marginal pricing. Unabated gas is here till 2035 according to the plan, so maybe longer. We have 2 nuclear power stations coming, but they have been coming for a long while now and again Nuclear energy (done UK style) is not that cheap. Before anyone suggest SMRs, Rolls Royce are realising that the fuel rods might may need International treaty changes, so nothing is going to be happening quickly. ?The U.K. will retain a gas backbone for decades so gas pricing remains a core issue. Marginal pricing dictates overall unit cost at point of sale. You have two distinct factors neither of which are going away any time soon. What links both is Russia. So long as Eastern Europe has limited supplies of Russian gas then it will persist in bidding up North Sea Gas contracts. Do you think for one moment that even if Russia were to halt its aggression in Ukraine and wider afield in Europe then European nations would return to being beholden to Russian energy? Seems somewhat unlikely. The most obvious change point potential would be when Putin dies of old age and even then there won't be a rush to be beholden to Russia again. So that leaves storage as being the logical medium term solution to the classic duck back energy demand issue of the U.K. And what is currently the most efficient path to mass localised, fiscally viable energy storage in

Quite like that. Seems good condition & obvious curio out of all the hatches of the time.Treat it like a mini exotic GT car rather than a Type R rival & I recckon it fits the brief.Price wise given the scarcity of these is about correct for the right enthusiast. Should get some money off as well I would argue.

You may have read my post previously about the Overland Yeti / subsequent Yeti TSI conversion which appears to have inspired a couple of PHers so far to head to Morocco, which is great! it has been awesome reading of poppopbangbang's Cayenne adventure and CA with his L405.https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...Well anyone that read the original thread will know that things didn't go completely to plan and ultimately we were let down by road car build quality which just isn't that suitable to the trials and tribulations of overland action (at least not at the hands of amateurs, an
