플라이휠이 원형이 아닌 것 같습니다. 플라이휠은 일반적으로 클러치에 포함되지 않습니다. 정비사가 이것이 단일 유닛이라고 말했다면 개별 부품을 조립할 필요가 없었다는 의미입니다. 정확히 어떤 부품을 교체했는지 불명확합니다. 표준 클러치 작업에는 클러치 디스크, 압력판, 릴리즈 베어링 교체 및 플라이휠 선반질이 포함됩니다. 플라이휠을 선반질하지 않았을 가능성이 있습니다. 플라이휠을 완전히 평탄하게 하기 위해 기계가공해야 합니다. 다른 가능성은 클러치 디스크만 교체하고 압력판은 교체하지 않았다는 것입니다. 압력판이 문제일 수 있지만 클러치 디스크만 장착하고 압력판은 장착하지 않는 경우는 없으며, 이는 문제를 초래합니다. 정비사는 플라이휠을 선반질했거나 최소한 아래 그림과 같이 런아웃을 점검했어야 합니다. 최대 런아웃: 0.1 mm (0.004 inch) — 문제를 일으키기 위해서는 많은 편차가 필요하지 않습니다.

I need to make some gears/pinions myself. I have access to a high quality 4-axis CNC mill, but not to a lathe. I'd like to cut these gears out of flat stock (facing), rather than round (edgewise) using narrow end mills. Being able to prototype this in plastic sheets is important to me. I've found a bunch of sites that explain hobbing and that have formulas for pitch etc, but no sites that actually generate the splines for the gear teeth to turn into Gcode. Before I sit down with Mathematica and derive it from first principles, does anyone know of a good resource for this?
