증상
마스터 실린더 교체 후 브레이크 라인 2개를 마스터 실린더에서 ABS 컨트롤 박스로 가는 부분 교체. 올바른 순서(RR, LR, RF, LF)로 4개 브레이크 모두 에어블리딩 수행했으나 브레이크 성능이 매우 약하고 페달이 바닥까지 내려감. 마스터 실린더는 가득 참. 후륜 블리더 볼트가 풀리지 않아 손상 우려로 캘리퍼 진입 브레이크 호스에서 에어블리딩 수행함.
처리 내용
에어블리딩 절차는 기본적으로 문제없음. 다만 밴조 볼트(banjo bolt)에서의 블리딩은 가능하지만, 캘리퍼에서는 블리딩할 수 없음. 고착된 블리더 니플은 볼트 익스트랙터(bolt extractor)를 사용하여 제거 가능. 볼트 익스트랙터 사용 중 드릴링이 필요한 경우, 금속 칩이 캘리퍼 내부에 남지 않도록 캘리퍼를 분해하여 확인 필수. 효과적인 브레이크 블리딩 도구: 스피드블리더(speedbeeders) 또는 진공 흡수식 블리딩 도구(vacuum evacuation tools) 사용 권장.
