People who just reset to default mode whenever they see blue lights in the distance behind them. Two lanes, traffic stopped at a red light, I'm a few vehicles back from the front. Lights turn green, the first cars goes through the lights, the three behind in both lanes just edge slowly towards the kerb. I look in my door mirror, a police van is trying to get through about 5 or 6 cars back, but they're all doing the same in both lanes, just moving about 2 inches closer to the kerb so it can't get through. I beep the cars in front and try and signal for them to drive on, but one puts their hands up in an 'I don't know what I'm doing' manner, the other flicks me the Vs. In the end I just squeeze through the gap they've made in front of me and carry on my way, they don't follow. I kept my eye in my mirror to see how long it took the police van to get through whilst I'm in traffic on the new road, but in one sequence of traffic lights it never appeared, nor did any other car make it's way through the lights.
