증상
배터리를 분리한 후 재연결할 때 자동차가 시동이 걸리지 않음. Throttle body, throttle body gasket, idle air control valve, idle air control valve gasket을 교체한 후 배터리를 다시 연결했을 때 문제 발생.
처리 내용
PATS(Passive Anti-Theft System) 시스템 리셋 절차: 1) 자동차 혼(horn) 퓨즈 제거 2) 문을 닫고 잠금 3) 배터리 양극(+) 먼저 연결 4) 열쇠로 잠긴 문 열기 5) 점화 스위치(ignition)에 열쇠 삽입. 이를 통해 PATS 시스템이 리셋되고 정상 작동함.

포드 레인저의 외기 흡입 모드에서 외부 기온이나 온도 설정과 관계없이 뜨거운 바람만 나옴. 최대 냉방(Max AC) 모드에서 내기 순환으로 전환하면 찬바람이 나오지만, 일반 냉방(외기 흡입)은 사우나처럼 뜨거움. 냉매와 퓨즈는 정상 확인됨.
2008 포드 레인저 앞 브레이크가 심하게 걸림. 특히 고속도로에서 급제동할 때 심함. 로터와 패드 교체 후 한 달간 정상이었다가 다시 발생. 로터 연마 후에도 반복됨.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure
