증상
올해 초 브레이크에서 쇳소리가 나기 시작했습니다 (특히 아침이나 추운 날씨에). 마모된 패드의 특유한 고음이 아니라 매끈해진 패드와 로터의 '갈리는' 소리였습니다. 검사 결과 로터가 상당히 반짝이고 지나치게 매끄러웠으며, 패드는 아직 여유가 있었지만 글레이징이 심했습니다.
처리 내용
디스크(로터)가 정상이면 굳이 리서페이싱할 필요가 없습니다. 일반적으로 새것/리서페이싱된 디스크에 사용한 패드를 장착하는 것은 좋지 않다고 간주됩니다. 패드가 디스크의 형태에 맞춰지는데 (특히 모서리 부분에 미세한 홈과 능선이 있음), 리서페이싱 후 패드의 형태가 달라지기 때문입니다. 드럼도 마찬가지입니다 - 슈를 교체하지 않고 드럼만 선반질하지 마십시오. 다만 선반질이 필요할 정도로 심하게 마모된 드럼은 본 적이 거의 없습니다.
