증상
오래된 트랙터를 마을에서 타기 위해 구매하려고 하는데, 농업용이 아닌 용도로 사용할 경우 세금 납부 방법과 보험 가입 방법을 알고 싶음
처리 내용
40년 이상 된 트랙터를 구매하면 세금과 MoT 검사가 모두 면제됩니다. 미등록 트랙터를 구매하는 경우 먼저 등록을 완료해야 하며, Ferguson 클럽 같은 단체에서 회원을 위해 낮은 비용으로 등록을 도와줍니다. 등록 시에는 원본 시리얼 플레이트가 있으면 등록과 연식 확인이 훨씬 간단합니다. 보험은 클래식카 보험을 이용하면 되며, 완전 종합보험 기준으로 연 50파운드 정도이고 연간 200마일(도로 주행) 제한이 있습니다. 시속 12마일 정도의 속도로만 주행하는 트랙터에는 충분합니다. 해당 연식의 트랙터는 주행거리계가 없을 수도 있습니다.

Quite like that. Seems good condition & obvious curio out of all the hatches of the time.Treat it like a mini exotic GT car rather than a Type R rival & I recckon it fits the brief.Price wise given the scarcity of these is about correct for the right enthusiast. Should get some money off as well I would argue.
