닛산 타이탄 배기 시스템 커스텀 계획 중. Flowmaster 듀얼 배기 시스템의 H-파이프(머플러 약 30cm 전방)에 대해 문의. H-파이프 설치 규칙과 최적 위치에 대한 질문: H-파이프는 항상 머플러 전에 와야 하는지, 여러 개 설치 필요한지, 머플러 후에 설치하는 경우가 있는지, 헤더에서 머플러까지의 설치 위치 기준이 있는지
처리 내용
헤더와 크로스오버 파이프(X-파이프 및 H-파이프)는 백프레셔를 줄이는 동일한 목적으로 작동하되 방식이 다릅니다. 헤더는 각 실린더에 긴 파이프를 제공하여 백프레셔를 감소시키고, 크로스오버 파이프는 한쪽 배기 뱅크가 다른 쪽 배기 파이프를 사용하도록 하여 백프레셔를 줄입니다. 가장 큰 효과는 압력이 가장 높은 엔진 근처에서 나타나므로 반드시 머플러 전에 설치해야 합니다. 배기 압력은 배기관 길이에 따라 점진적으로 감소하기 때문입니다. 이론적으로는 레조네이터, 촉매변환기, 머플러 이전이면서 헤더 후에 설치하는 것이 최적입니다. 실제로는 차량에서 사용 가능한 공간을 확인해야 합니다. 크로스오버 파이프는 1개 이상 설치할 필요가 없습니다.
