A bit of scaremongering with that headline. This is overwhelmingly targeting the “delete/tamper/defeat” end of the tuning market i.e. DPF delete, GPF delete, AdBlue delete, EGR delete, Cat delete, emissions-off remaps etc etc. Not a blanket ban on modifying cars with performance enhancing mods. In fact, the DfT explicitly says it is not seeking to prohibit all vehicle modifications and is not trying to stop owners/businesses fitting non-OEM parts, either. 02 Corolla (230k miles) 언덕 주행 시 특히 저출력 증상. 진공 테스트와 연료 압력 테스트 수행함. 진공 수치는 정상(전동 팬 켜질 때 2-3 mHg 저하하지만 규격 내). 연료 압력이 매우 빠르게 변동(게이지 바늘 떨림).

연료 충전 후 심각한 엔진 문제 발생. 불량 연료(희석, 물 혼입 등) 또는 잘못된 연료 종류(디젤, 플렉스 연료 등을 일반/플러스/프리미엄 가솔린 대신 주입)로 인한 피해 여부 판단 필요. 특히 주유소의 의심스러운 태도 때문에 우연이 아닐 가능성 있음.
