증상
02 닷지 캐러밴의 머플러가 떨어짐. 이후 며칠간 정상 주행했으나 이후 심각한 트랜스미션 문제 발생. 트랜스 오일은 핑크색이며 정상 수준. 체크 엔진 경고등 발생. 진단 코드: P0700, P0731, P0732, P0733, P0736
처리 내용
머플러 탈락이 직접적 원인일 가능성은 낮지만 간접적 손상 가능성 검토 필요. 1) 머플러 탈락 시 산소센서(O2 센서) 또는 그 상위 배기 부품이 함께 손상되었는지 확인 - 이 경우 P0700 관련 오류 유발. 2) 고온 배기가스가 트랜스미션 방향으로 누출되어 변속기 하네스를 녹이거나 트랜스 오일을 과열시켰을 가능성 점검. 3) 와이어로 임시 고정한 배기 시스템이 제대로 배치되었는지 확인 - 불완전한 배기 흐름이 백프레셔 문제 유발 가능. 4) 산소센서 저항 및 배기 시스템 무결성 종합 진단 권장. 5) 트랜스 오일 온도 및 하네스 손상 상태 육안 검사 필요.

5년 전에 정비했던 차량인데 당시에 실린더 2번 캠과 리프터가 스핀되어 캠샤프트가 손상되었습니다. 이후 2014년형 캠샤프트를 설치했습니다.
2019 Dodge Ram 5.7 Hemi, 100,000km 근처. 리만팩처된 엔진 설치 후(리프터 롤러 실패로 인해 - 이 차량의 흔한 문제, 얇은 오일과 오일링 시스템 설계 결함으로 인한 것으로 추정). 엔진 반환 1일 후 트랜스미션 라인이 분리되어 대량의 트랜스미션 액상유 누출. 클립이 실패했거나 느슨해진 것으로 추정.

2019 Dodge Ram 5.7L HEMI, 100km 미만. 브레이크 작업 후 시운전 중 풀 스로틀로 0-70mph까지 한 번 가속 후 발생. 엔진 미스파이어 시작, 체크 엔진 라이트 깜박임. 리듬컬한 탭탭탭 소리 발생(collapsed lifter 유사음). 2/3 스로틀 이상에서만 발생, 정상 주행 시에는 미스만 있고 해머링음 없음.
