He said he had already called emergency services and a mate who were all en route

Does it do any harm and I assume the picture was most likely someone with them?TBF it's always been the convention on here that anything involving serious injury isn't posted - is that logical or not? I have no idea but it is convention rather than a 'rule'I'm not aware of that convention. Links to serious accidents are common on the site and plane and train crash videos are featured whenever they occur. What would be out of order would be images of casualties and that doesn't happen.

If you had an accident that required an inspection your insurer would probably say you've provided false information as when taking out the policy you accepted the details they pulled as being correct. If you've failed to correct them and accepted that as the truth they'd probably be well within their rights to cancel your insurance.^^^^ThisIf you know about it, you should get it corrected.Just not worth the risk if you've an accident.
