증상
미쓰비시 파제로(V80/90계) | 차검 전 정비 | DPF 자동 재생 시간이 비정상적으로 길거나 경고등이 점등/점멸됨. 4WD 경고등도 함께 점등. 진단기 연결 후 원인 불명. 배기 인젝터 세척 및 연료 필터 교체 작업 중 가스켓이 역으로 설치되어 있고 홀을 절반 막고 있었음. 가스켓에 반달 모양의 스트(카본) 적착.
처리 내용
DPF 재생 불량의 원인은 역설치된 가스켓으로 인한 배기 흐름 방해였을 가능성 높음. 가스켓을 올바른 방향으로 재설치하고 배기 인젝터를 세척, 연료 필터를 교환. 작업 후 DPF 강제 재생 사이클 실행 및 진단기로 폴트 코드 클리어. 경고등 소거 확인 후 시운전으로 DPF 재생 정상 작동 여부 확인.
