The EK9 is doing the rounds. Collecting cars a few weeks back, ph auctions this time around. Ultimately originality wins and it's lacking the B16B, arguably the B18 will have more poke. I would still probably choose it but if I were to buy one it would have to be the facelift in championship white.

The civic is barely lighter than the integra and was left in the dust by the integra on track in the best motoring videos just because of the displacement difference.There are plenty of small changes between the EK4 and a type R (EK9). Look for exemple at the difference between the header of an integra GSR which the equivalent of the EK4 in terms of tuning and the DC2. Some people may find disappointing that with all the fine details of the type R power was only up by 15hp (185 vs 170) but for me that's the beauty of NA engine tuning, power does not come easy.IIRC, the EK9 was built to fit into the <1600 category for JDM racing.Otherwise the DC2 really made more sense.
