디스크 브레이크 패드의 '귀' 부분을 갈아서 장착하는 것이 괜찮은가?
처리 내용
이것은 허용되는 작업이다. 저품질 브레이크 패드 베킹 플레이트의 모서리는 매우 거칠 수 있으며 규격이 맞지 않는 경우가 많다. 고품질 패드는 일반적으로 더 잘 성형된 모서리가 있어 올바르게 장착된다. 패드 끝 쉐임 아래에 '러스트 재킹'을 일으키는 녹 플레이크가 없고 끝 쉐임이 양호한 상태라면 패드 탭의 높은 부분을 줄로 제거해도 괜찮다. 패드는 채널 내에서 자유롭게 움직여야 하지만 제동 시 딱딱거리는 소리가 발생할 정도의 유격이 있으면 안 된다.
