증상
E39 M5 투어링 개조 프로젝트 진행 중. 2000년 9월 생산 M5 도너카(early facelift)에서 부품 분해 시작. S62 엔진(피스톤 링, VANOS 개선), 후기형 회색 다이얼 계기판, 언더보닛 20핀 진단 커넥터 제거 사양. 2002년 4월 생산 투어링 대상 사양과 호환. 약 20년 중 애버딘과 마게이트에서 약 절반 사용되어 염분 환경에 의한 심각한 부식 발생.
처리 내용
S62 엔진 포함 도너 M5 분해 진행. 개선된 피스톤 링, VANOS 시스템, 회색 다이얼 계기판 투어링 통합 예정. 黑色 헤리티지 가죽 인테리어, Bruyere 목재 트림 포함. 클러치는 최근 교체됨. 부식 차체는 복원 필요 - 염분 노출로 인한 광범위한 녹 제거 및 재도장 작업 계획 필요.
