증상
2010 실버라도 1500에 시거렛 라이터 아울렛에 꽂는 LED 작업등 2개를 사용 중. 수 시간 동안 차량 하단부에서 작업할 때 사용하는데, 아직까지 배터리가 방전되어 시동이 안 될 정도로는 떨어지지 않았음. 하지만 한계가 있을지 궁금함. 트럭이 배터리 과방전을 방지하기 위해 자동으로 라이터/조명을 차단하는 기능이 있는지 확인 필요.
처리 내용
편의점(시거렛 라이터) 아울렛에는 일반적으로 저전압 보호 기능이 없음. 작업등은 10V까지 작동하므로, 배터리를 10V 이하까지 방전시킬 수 있음. 이는 납산 배터리 기준 안전 전압보다 훨씬 낮음. 42W 작업등은 최대 4A 정도 소비할 수 있음. 정확한 전류 확인을 위해 클램프식 DC 전류계로 측정하는 것이 좋음. 배터리 용량(Ah)을 확인한 후 계산: 100Ah 배터리 기준, 납산 배터리는 50% 이상 방전하지 않는 것이 좋으므로 실제 사용 가능한 용량은 50Ah. 이를 바탕으로 사용 시간 계산 가능(시간 = Ah / A). 장시간 사용 시 별도 배터리나 보조 전원 사용 권장.

트럭이 주차 상태에서 30% 스로틀로 매우 거친 운전과 유휴 상태에서 정지, 스캐너에서 크랭킹 시 50-80 RPM이 표시되지만 운행 중 RPM이 표시되지 않음. 전 스로틀로 가면 연료 차단/레브 리미터에 도달하므로 PCM이 W에서 일부 RPM을 감지하는 것으로 보임.
트랜스미션 온도 게이지가 무작위로 300°F로 급등하고, TCM 데이터도 동일한 온도를 표시하지만 실제 트랜스미션 TFT 전압은 정확하고 급등 읽음값과 함께 변하지 않음. 차량이 정지 상태에서 냉각 중일 때도 발생 가능.
고부하 상황에서 출력 감소 및 딱딱거리는 음성 발생. 메모리에 다량의 코드 저장됨. 코드 클리어 후 로드 테스트 중 가파른 언덕 오를 때 엔진 경고등 점등 및 차량 무력감 발생. 저유압 경고 메시지 표시.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure

Well the AMG went and the Shark 6 has arrived. It was a better choice for me to be honest, with wanting to go into the dunes (see later on in the post how that went, rookie error) and for putting the kids bikes in etc etc - The long warranty and at the price they are it was a no brainer.
