증상
브레이크 페달을 밟으면 움직이는데, 이것이 슬레이브 실린더(휠 실린더/캘리퍼)의 움직임을 의미하는지에 대한 질문. 브레이크 유체는 비압축성이고 시스템에 공기가 없다고 가정.
처리 내용
맞습니다. 브레이크 페달의 움직임은 4개 이상의 슬레이브 실린더 피스톤이 움직일 때만 발생합니다(일부 차량은 캘리퍼에 여러 실린더 보유). 슬레이브 실린더의 피스톤이 브레이크 패드를 단단히 누르면 이론상 브레이크 페달은 매우 단단해지고 더 이상 눌릴 수 없어야 합니다. 브레이크 호스의 미세한 유연성과 금속 부품의 약간의 굽힘 등 아주 작은 양의 유동이 있을 수 있습니다. 페달을 놓으면 유체 압력이 해제되어 슬레이브 실린더가 브레이크 패드의 압력을 풀 수 있습니다. 마스터 실린더의 피스톤은 여러 슬레이브 실린더의 피스톤 지름에 비해 지름이 작으므로, 브레이크 페달의 이동량은 브레이크 패드의 이동량에 비해 크게 증폭됩니다. 이를 통해 페달에 작은 압력(하지만 큰 움직임)으로 브레이크 패드에 매우 큰 압력(하지만 작은 움직임)을 만들 수 있습니다.
