There have been a lot as I worked for them of over 10 years...My plan is to try and find an old headunit with that feature, or ideally make a plug and play harness to a spare switch.I was really pissed off, I went through old Sony manuals and it appears that anything new enough to have bluetooth and DAB did away with the aerial control/amp control thing and just had a single switched control. Some of the early Bluetooth stuff has it but it all looks crap anyway.I went for a drive yesterday and thought why not go to the Chippenham Lions car and dog show thing, as the weather held off. I turned up at the car park and was told that if I displayed the car parking was cheaper, which appealed, so my unwashed car with brake dust on the rims went on display. I put it next to the JEC stand, it seemed appropriate.It was actually a decent show with an eclectic mix of cars and a friendly enough lot, although I got excited seeing an X351 XJ with quad pipes and the bonnet up and thought I'd go and look at the differences in the sensors and engine layout for the later Bosch V8 cars vs my earlier Denso model. I got round the front and...As Cartman would say "Super Weak", this XJR appears to be missing two cylinders and quite literally half it's power, oh and it burns the wrong fuel.I always feel like a fraud putting anything I own on display next to immaculately polished and presented examples, but this made me feel better. Has anyone else noticed that if they own a car all other examples of the same car look better?!Edited by GeniusOfLove on Monday 8th June 16:08
