증상
2011 쉐보레 크루즈가 캐나다의 극저온(-32~-38°C)에서 약 30분간 운행 후(히터, 조명 등 사용) 시동이 걸리지 않음. 극저온 야외 주차 직후가 아닌 운행 중 발생. 시동 전 엔진을 3분간 공회전시키고 히터를 끄면 이후 정상 작동함.
처리 내용
납축전지의 화학반응은 저온에서 저하되어 배터리 성능이 크게 감소합니다. 극저온에서는 차가운 엔진과 오일로 인해 시동에 더 많은 전력이 필요해집니다. 노후되거나 약한 배터리는 이러한 극한 조건에서 쉽게 고장 날 수 있으며, 일반적인 4~5년의 배터리 수명이 단축될 수 있습니다. 귀 차량의 경우 배터리 교체가 필요할 가능성이 높습니다. 극저온 환경을 고려하면 고성능 배터리와 배터리 보온재(배터리 히터)에 투자할 것을 권장합니다.

스포츠 모드에서 엔진을 꺼버렸습니다. 드라이브 상태에서 수동 변속이 필요한 상황입니다. 자동 모드로 돌아갈 수 없고 파크 위치로도 이동할 수 없습니다. 시프트 락 릴리스를 시도했지만 수동에서 자동으로 전환되지 않습니다. 배터리를 분리했다가 다시 연결해도 작동하지 않습니다.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure
