증상
연료 압력 센서를 4일 전에 새것으로 교체했는데 처음엔 잘 작동했다. 지금은 연료 압력 센서 저압 코드가 발생하고 있으며, 시동 시 연료 펌프 소음이 들리지 않음. 연료 펌프가 고장난 것인가?
처리 내용
연료 펌프일 수 있다. 연료 펌프를 교체하기 전에 먼저 연료 필터를 확인해보자. 필터가 막혀 있으면 연료 레일의 압력이 낮아져서 저압 코드가 발생할 수 있다. 필터 교체로도 해결되지 않으면 연료 펌프를 점검해야 한다. 가장 간단한 확인 방법은 연료 레일의 테스트 포트(Schraeder 밸브로, 타이어 에어 밸브와 같은 방식)에 연료 압력 테스터를 연결하여 키 온 상태에서 압력을 측정하는 것이다(A/C 포트와 혼동하지 말 것). 차량마다 다르겠지만 정상 연료 압력은 약 43psi 정도가 되어야 한다.
