So, I'm not sure if this falls within the Thread remit or not. But, are kit cars allowed?Today I spotted a white DAX Kamala (yeah, me neither!) very similar to thishttps://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/1...Apparently only 50 kits were ever sold, although once you've clicked on the link you'll probably understand why!

re. the refrigerant - If you take the car to Quik-Fit they will empty the system for free (probably best to ring first to check but I've done it on a few cars..). This is actually a requirement if you work on the AC system of a car as the gas is pretty nasty for you and the environment.Once that's done it's pretty simple, just nuts n bolts but do fit a replacement drier though if you're opening the system up.
