증상
2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LS 하단 볼조인트 교체 중 스티어링 너클을 볼조인트에서 분리하기 어려움. 침투성 윤활유, 3파운드 슬레지 해머로 충격, 가열 시도했으나 매우 타이트함. 너클 위의 브레이크 캘리퍼 브래킷 볼트 구멍 부근을 해머로 맞혀서 구멍이 변형되어 볼트가 더 이상 들어가지 않음.
처리 내용
손상된 너클을 새 것 또는 중고품으로 교체할 것을 권장함. 손상된 캘리퍼 마운팅 홀은 신뢰할 수 없으므로 드릴링이나 수리로 복구하지 말 것.

개인용 차량입니다. 순정 서스펜션, 리프트 없음. 약 [...] 속도에서 진동 발생. 진동 빈도는 타이어 속도에 비례. 고속도로에서 한참 운전한 후 정차 및 회전 시 끼임 현상 발생. 수년간 지속되어 왔음.
2015 쉐보레 서버번 1500 LTZ 4WD 스태빌리트랙 브레이크 블리딩 중 전륜은 빠르게 배출되지만 후륜이 배출되지 않음. 스틸 브레이드 브레이크 라인과 리어 액슬의 스태빌리트랙 라인을 모두 교체함. 마스터 실린더에서 가장 먼 곳부터 가장 가까운 곳 순서로 진행함.
서버반이 급한 경사진 드라이브웨이에서 연료 부족 상태로 주행 중 연료펌프가 갑자기 차단됨. 새 연료펌프로 교체 후 배선 커넥터를 접합했으나, 시동을 걸어도 연료펌프가 작동하지 않음. 정상적으로는 시동 시 펌프 음성이 들려야 함.
1996 Suburban이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 연료펌프는 7개월 전에 교체했고 연료필터는 지난주에 교체함. 며칠마다 시동이 걸리지 않다가 이제는 완전히 시동이 안 됨. 시동 모터는 돌지만 엔진이 시작되지 않음. 10갤론 이상의 연료가 있는 것으로 확인되었으나 마치 연료 부족처럼 행동함.
