증상
2013 Subaru Outback, 65,000마일. 전방 좌측 휠이 연석에 충돌한 후 컨트롤 암과 인너 타이로드 교체 필요. 컨트롤 암 자체 교체 후 휠 얼라인먼트 시공. 몇 일 후 윙윙거리는 음/그라인딩 음 발생하여 휠 베어링 교체 시행.
처리 내용
컨트롤 암 볼트가 제대로 조이지 않았던 것이 원인. 차량이 지면에 내려온 후 너트를 재확인하고 조임. 팁: 차가 지면에 있을 때 너트 접근이 어려운 경우, 차량을 들어올린 상태에서 먼저 부분적으로 조인 후 차량을 내린 뒤 최종 조임 수행. 토크 렌치(적절한 규격의 고토크 렌치) 사용 권장. 감으로만 조이는 것보다 정확한 토크값 적용 필요.

2008 Subaru Outback 2.5i에 새로운 타이어가 필요합니다. 현재 타이어는 P225/55R17 95H이고, Yokohama Avid Ascend 타이어로 교체를 고려 중입니다. 이 타이어는 H-등급(130mph) 대신 T-등급(118mph)만 지원하므로, 타이어 딜러가 등급 저하를 우려하여 장착을 꺼립니다. 고속도로에서 최대 75mph 정도로만 운전하는데, T-등급 타이어로 다운그레이드해도 문제가 없을까요?
2017 스바루 아웃백이 후방 추돌 사고를 당함. 독립적인 2개 차체수리점에서 손상 진단: 후방 차체패널 교체 필요, 후방 플로어 찌그러짐 교체 필요, 우측 브래킷, 에너지 어브소버(충격흡수부), 임팩트바 교체 필요, 리프트게이트 수리 필요. 수리점들은 외관상 손상이 주이며 기능적 손상은 없다고 판단. 실제 수리 시 추가 손상 발견 가능성 언급.
