증상
아우디 S5 4.2L 8기통 6단 수동변속기: 인테이크 포트와 밸브에 카본 축적 제거 목적. 모든 밸브가 동시에 닫히지 않아서 엔진을 회전시켜 남은 밸브를 열어야 함. 크랭크샤프트 풀리에서 엔진을 크랭킹하려면 특수 공구가 필요한데 없음. 푸시 버튼 스타트라 매우 짧은 시간 동안만 크랭킹하기 어려움(클러치를 빠르게 풀어야 크랭킹 멈춤)
처리 내용
1) 크랭크샤프트 풀리 공구 사용 - 스페이스가 제한적이므로 반달 렌치 필요. 필요시 팬 제거. 2) 원격 스타터 스위치 사용 - 양극 배터리 단자와 스타터 양극 단자에 연결하여 필요한 밸브가 닫힐 때까지 조작. 3) 악세서리 풀리 회전. 4) 스파크 플러그 전부 분리 - 회전이 더 쉬워짐. 5) 바에 볼트 2개를 끼워서 공구가 들어가는 부분에 걸리도록 제작(스파크 플러그 없이 회전시켜 로브에 스트레스 주지 않기). 6) 스파크 플러그 제거 후 원격 스타터 스위치 사용 - 원하는 위치에서 엔진 멈추기 쉬움. 7) 크랭크에서 프라이바로 회전(타이밍 커버나 벨 하우징 더스트 커버 없으면 스타터 제거 필요할 수 있음). 8) 스파크 플러그 분리 후 압축 공기 사용. 9) 역기어에서 한쪽 바퀴 들어올려 러그 렌치로 회전.
