증상
Mazda Miata의 택(tach) 동작에 대한 질문을 조사하던 중 '점화기(igniter)'라고 불리는 부품이 택 신호 생성에 역할을 한다는 언급을 발견. 이것이 무엇인가? 마지막으로 현대식 가솔린 엔진 차를 소유한 지 꽤 오래되었고(mid-80s SAAB 900), 점화기에 대한 기억이 없음.
처리 내용
점화기는 엔진 제어 컴퓨터(PCM)와 점화 코일 사이에 인라인으로 설치된 스텝업 트랜스포머이다. 컴퓨터에서 나오는 저전류 신호(보통 12V 스퀘어 웨이브)를 받아 점화 코일을 구동하기 위한 고전류 트리거 신호로 증폭한다. 대부분 고전류 정격 트랜지스터를 주요 구성 요소로 사용한다. 이 회로 설계는 일반적인 고장 부품인 고전류 장치를 비용이 많이 드는 PCM에서 분리하여 PCM을 보호한다. 때로는 택 신호 공급에 사용되는 터미널이 있다. 엔진 제어 컴퓨터를 사용하는 배전기식 전자 점화 시스템에서는 보통 별도 부품이며, 종종 배전기 내부에 위치한다. 엔진 제어 컴퓨터를 사용하지 않는 초기 전자 점화 시스템에서 점화기는 배전기 내부에 위치했으며 픽업 코일을 포함했다(전자식 접점이 됨). Quite like that. Seems good condition & obvious curio out of all the hatches of the time.Treat it like a mini exotic GT car rather than a Type R rival & I recckon it fits the brief.Price wise given the scarcity of these is about correct for the right enthusiast. Should get some money off as well I would argue.
