증상
2002 Jetta TDI (ALH engine)에서 ECM 파워 서플라이 릴레이(109번, VW 스키매틱상 J317)와 공유 전원을 가진 여러 DTC 발생. 선루프 드레인 누수로 운전석 A필러 내부로 물이 유입되어 릴레이 패널 근처가 습기에 노출됨. 릴레이 탈거 시 온열 상태이며 부식 흔적은 없어 보임.
처리 내용
릴레이는 정상적으로 열을 발생시키며, 과도한 열에 노출되면 차단될 수 있음. 가격이 저렴하므로 릴레이 교체를 권장함. 특히 릴레이 터미널이나 소켓에 부식이 보이면 반드시 교체할 것. 소켓에 부식이 있으면 반드시 처리해야 하며, 그렇지 않으면 문제가 재발하거나 동일한 문제가 나중에 발생할 수 있음. 릴레이 교체 후에도 문제가 지속되면, 교체된 릴레이를 예비로 보관할 수 있으므로 낭비가 아님. 릴레이는 자동차 브랜드 간 호환성이 높으므로 다른 차량에도 사용 가능할 수 있음.

스포츠 모드에서 엔진을 꺼버렸습니다. 드라이브 상태에서 수동 변속이 필요한 상황입니다. 자동 모드로 돌아갈 수 없고 파크 위치로도 이동할 수 없습니다. 시프트 락 릴리스를 시도했지만 수동에서 자동으로 전환되지 않습니다. 배터리를 분리했다가 다시 연결해도 작동하지 않습니다.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure
