증상
2002 Corsa C에서 갑자기 스티어링 휠 조작량이 증가했습니다. 정상적으로는 약 90도 회전으로 가능한 코너링이 이제는 180도 이상 필요합니다. 스티어링 휠 자체는 무겁지 않고 단지 더 많이 돌려야 합니다. 점화 시 대시보드의 EPS 경고등은 켜지지 않습니다. 스티어링 앵글 메모리 문제일 수 있습니까?
처리 내용
다음과 같은 점검을 권장합니다: 먼저 자동차를 정차한 상태에서 스티어링 휠을 천천히 돌리면서 보조자가 앞바퀴의 움직임을 관찰하세요 - 휠이 움직이기 시작하기 전에 스티어링 휠을 일정 거리 돌릴 수 있다면 스티어링 메커니즘에 헐거운 부분이 있다는 뜻입니다. 이 경우 스티어링 휠의 초기 움직임이 평소보다 "헐거운" 느낌이 들 것입니다. 그 다음 자동차 앞부분을 들어올려 액슬 스탠드로 받친 후, 보조자가 스티어링 휠을 좌우로 돌리는 동안 차 아래를 관찰하여 어떤 움직임이 발생하는지 확인하세요. 스티어링 랙(마운트가 헐거워지면 좌우로 움직일 수 있음), 각 서스펜션 링크, 트랙 로드(바퀴를 스티어링 랙에 연결하는 바) 등에 특히 주목하세요 - 움직여야 할 부분이 움직이는 것을 발견할 수 있을 것입니다. 이상한 소음, 특히 여유가 제거될 때 나는 "딱" 소리에 주의를 기울이세요 (일반 주행 중에는 들을 수 없었을 수도 있음).
