증상
2006 혼다 시빅 1.8L에서 브레이크 적용 시 VSA(차량 안정성 보조) 및 ABS 경고등 점등. 제동력 부족 및 진동(저더링)과 금속 마찰음 발생. 브레이크 패드 교체 후에도 증상이 점진적으로 악화 중. 기존 패드는 여전히 두꺼운 상태였음.
처리 내용
VSA 및 ABS 시스템 확인 필요. 먼저 브레이크 유압 저수조 내 유압액 확인 및 브레이크 페달이 바닥까지 내려가는지 확인. 기존 패드는 상태가 양호하므로 보관 가능. 컴퓨터 스캔 도구로 결함 코드(DTC) 확인 필수 - 스캔 도구 차용 가능 여부 확인. 금속 마찰음의 특성 파악: 세한 음, 삐걱거리는 음, 또는 빠른 망치질 같은 음인지 구분. 유압액 레벨 확인이 우선이며, 현재 증상은 ABS 시스템 이상으로 보임. 더 자세한 진단은 결함 코드 확인 후 가능.

With the untimely death of my daily Ford Focus Estate Titanium X recently it was time to find a new daily. For those who have followed my previous MX-5 thread, you may remember that I was considering purchasing a new car for some time. The arrival of my son hadn't forced my hand per-se (we have another family car), but with the MX-5 being a two-seater, it's become such a lonely car.
