증상
드라이버 사이드 스텝 펜더(사이드 스텝)에 찌그러짐 발생
처리 내용
스테인레스 커버를 제거하여 판금 작업 시도. 스테인레스 스크류(9개)가 마일드 스틸 리벳너트에 결착되어 있었으며, 이 중 5개는 제거 불가능하여 헤드를 드릴링하여 분리함. 플라스틱 커버는 플라스틱 리벳으로 고정되어 있음. 작업 계획: (1) 스테인레스 커버 판금 작업 시도, (2) 스틸 브래킷 샷 블라스팅 및 파우더 코팅, (3) 드릴링된 5개 리벳너트 헤드 그라인딩 후 제거하고 M8 육각 리벳너트로 교체, (4) 플라스틱 리벳 수용부 2곳 용접으로 재작업 필요.

Dumbfk in a new Volvo comes steaming up past me before looking past the end of his nose and seeing that there's a car coming
