Looks very smart.My Gen 2 also has Ocean Blue (and a blue roof): I don’t think I would go out of my way to find another with a blue interior, but I don’t mind it.

Now and again the back end would step out and when it does it feels like there's some momentum behind it unlike a RWD car, but I never got it seriously out of shape.Mine always felt a bit more fragile than most cars I was used to - it was very well screwed together, but the huge number of coolant pipes and connections between the engine and rads (not to mention 2 or 3 rads, plus 2 A/C condensers) meant I was always worried about coolant leaks. Whilst by no means particularly fast in terms of figures, it feels like it’s more about A to B pace tah the traffic light Grand Prix which is fine because I’m getting old. The coolant cross over pipes are a slight concern because it’s a big day out if you take it to a garage to get sorted. They seem to be OK at the moment but I’ll get the, sorted at some point of peace of mind.

In a multi story that I was using earlier this evening, the MOT ran out in May 24. I do find the car park ones odd, I've seen other seemingly abandoned cars in other car parks, I'd love to know the reasons.

Writing the title made me wonder how many rear engined coupes have existed. I got 911 (obviously), some Alpines, Delorean, Fiat / Abarth versions of the 850. There must be more.But this is none of those. Its Japanese, made in the '80s and sold here in reasonable numbers. But they are now firmly in the category of 'rare but nobody gives a st'. And only a handful remain. It's a car I've had a yearning to own and got outbid on one at auction many years ago. I'm debating what I do with a speedo conversion. Plus point with the Lockwood is you get mph and kph whereas converting it on the CAN leaves you with mph only. Or I could just leave it in Km. I'm fairly used to doing it in my head that way around. Of course, there was an incident in the Forester where I forgot it was converted and I took it up to an indicated 100 thinking 'this feels strangely fast'
