BMW E60 530d 연간 검사 불합격 - 리어 잭킹 포인트(리어 서브프레임 마운팅 포인트 근처) 주변 부식. MIG 또는 ARC 용접 전 배터리 분리 시 차량의 다수 전기 시스템(알람 시스템 포함) 손상 우려. 배터리 분리 상태에서도 알람 시스템이 작동할 수 있음.

처리 내용

배터리 양쪽 단자를 모두 분리하고 올터네이터도 함께 분리할 것. 용접 어스(접지)를 용접 부위 최대한 가까이에 설치하여 귀로 경로를 최소화할 것. 현대의 컴퓨터 제어 자동차 특히 BMW E60과 같은 고급 전기 시스템이 많은 차량에서는 배터리와 올터네이터 모두 분리하는 것이 표준 관행. 이렇게 하면 전기 시스템 손상을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있음.

Useful update and great you're enjoying itMany will tell you to get the gearbox serviced, my zf8 is on easy motorway 160k and not bothered, and the car will soon depart so I don't care My sos battery went at 5 yrs so to save a trip to the garage and an annoying warning I'd get that done, tpms sensors last 5-7 years in my experience so could be good preventative measure
