증상

처리 내용
캘리퍼 브레이크 윤활에는 두 가지 윤활유가 필요함: 1) 슬라이더 핀과 러버 부품을 접하는 모든 부분에는 실리콘 그리스 사용 - 러버 부품을 팽창시키지 않으며 물에 녹지 않음. 핀, 홀 벽, 러버 부츠를 충분히 코팅하고, 부츠 립이 끼어있는 그루브 부분까지 코팅하여 실런트 역할을 함. 2) 브레이크 패드가 캘리퍼에 접하는 모든 부분에는 그리스 기반 윤활유 사용 - 패드 끝과 뒷면에 얇고 균등하게 코팅. 캘리퍼 브래킷의 쉐임(시임)에도 얇게 코팅. 이렇게 하면 패드가 브래킷 내에서 자유롭게 움직여 마모와 소음을 줄이고, 부식을 방지하여 패드 고착으로 인한 소음과 마모를 예방함.
