1999 Toyota Sprinter에서 엔진 핑킹(노킹) 발생. 90옥탄 휘발유 사용 후에도 여전히 핑킹 현상 지속. E-10 혼합 연료(에탄올 포함)에서 순수 휘발유보다 핑킹이 더 심함.
처리 내용
해당 차량은 95 또는 97옥탄 연료가 필요함. 낮은 옥탄가 연료는 엔진 핑킹 및 노킹을 유발. 정비소 방문 시 노크 센서(knock sensor) 작동 상태와 엔진 온도가 사양 범위 내인지 확인 요청. 낮은 옥탄가 연료는 폭발적으로 연소되고, 높은 옥탄가 연료는 빠르게 연소되므로, 높은 옥탄가 연료가 점화 제어를 더 효과적으로 함. E-10 혼합 연료는 에탄올 함유로 인해 연소 특성이 변경되어 핑킹을 증가시킬 수 있음.

Quite like that. Seems good condition & obvious curio out of all the hatches of the time.Treat it like a mini exotic GT car rather than a Type R rival & I recckon it fits the brief.Price wise given the scarcity of these is about correct for the right enthusiast. Should get some money off as well I would argue.
