증상
2001 마즈다 626의 브레이크 서비스 경고등이 켜졌고, 브레이크가 스펀지처럼 부드러워지며 제대로 작동하지 않음. 정비소에서 브레이크 라인을 교체했으나 2-3주 후 다시 작동 불능. 차량 후방으로 가는 케이블/라인에서 브레이크액으로 보이는 액체가 새고 있는 것으로 관찰됨.
처리 내용
브레이크 시스템 에어를 빼내기 위해 진공 추출 장치(brake fluid vacuum)를 사용하십시오. 일반적인 블리딩보다 더 효과적일 수 있습니다. 라인의 모든 에어를 제거한 후에도 문제가 지속되면 추가 진단이 필요합니다. 명백한 누유가 보이지 않으면 우선 에어 제거가 필수 확인 사항입니다. 장치를 캘리퍼의 블리딩 니플에 연결하여 진공 상태를 만들어 유압액을 뽑아냅니다. 작동 중 리저버에 브레이크액을 계속 채워주십시오 (빠르게 빠져나감). 시스템에 에어가 들어가지 않도록 주의하세요. 브레이크액이 자동차 페인트에 묻으면 손상되므로 주의하세요.
