증상
장시간 주행(30분 이상) 후 운전석에서 기름 냄새나는 연기가 심함. 에어필터에 기름 찌꺼기 묻어있음.
처리 내용
드라이섬프 시스템의 오일 베이퍼(oil breather) 시스템 점검. 기존의 조잡한 플라스틱 캐치탱크에서 나오는 오일 미스트가 엔진베이의 구멍난 캡을 통해 직접 캐빈으로 들어오는 문제 확인. 개선 방법: 캐치탱크 상단에서 나오는 호스를 엔진베이 하단과 섀시를 따라 차량 후방 아래로 루팅하여 외부로 배출되도록 재작업. 새로운 호스, 엘보우 피팅, 그리고 베플이 있는 캐치탱크로 교체하여 오일 미스트가 캐빈으로 들어오지 않도록 차단.
