I know this is a pointless rant but I am beginning to feel as though I am the only sane person to drive on the roads in Oxfordshire and wanted to see if I was alone in this observation.In the good old days (I'm 39) most people would drive at a sensible speed. 브레이크 디스크 교환

2006 마즈다 3 브레이크가 부드럽고 스펀지 같은 상태. 며칠 전 정비소에서 프론트 패드 교체, 로터 선삭, 브레이크 시스템 완전 플러시 및 블리딩, 마스터 실린더 및 진공 시스템 점검을 받았으나($300), 운행 중 여전히 스펀지 같은 브레이크 상태 지속. 20mph 이상의 속도에서 정지하려면 2펌프 필요.

체크 엔진 라이트를 리셋하기 위해 배터리 음극 터미널을 분리했다가 다시 연결한 후 시동이 걸리지 않음. 가끔 크랭크할 때 몇 초간 딸깍거리는 소리가 나다가 멈춤. 대부분의 경우 엔진음이 전혀 나지 않음. 계기판 경고등과 헤드라이트는 밝게 켜지고 라디오도 작동함. 크랭크할 때 가끔 딸깍거리는 소리 외에는 연료펌프로 추측되는 '쉭' 하는 소리만 들림.

오버드라이브 피스톤을 고정하는 락링을 제거할 수 없음. 락링 플라이어를 사용할 수 있는 그립 포인트가 없고, 링의 갭에서는 링을 확장만 할 수 있어서 도움이 되지 않음. 타이어를 사용하면 금속이 부드러워서 손상될 우려가 있음.

AC 컨덴서 교체 중 냉각팬이 작동하지 않는 것을 발견. 차량은 정상적으로 작동하는 것처럼 보임. 2000년식 도요타 셀리카. 향후 2개월 동안 출퇴근(약 15분 거리) 용도로만 사용할 예정이므로 임시로 운행 가능한지 확인 필요.

중고 제너레이터(Briggs and Stratton 17hp Vanguard 엔진)를 구입했는데 몇 년간 방치되어 있었음. 휘발유와 오일을 교체하고 연료 클리너와 안정제를 추가한 후 10분간 정상 작동했음. 엔진을 끈 후 오일을 교체하고 카뷰레터 클리너를 사용하려던 중 문제 발생.

Toyota 소유자 설명서의 타이어 회전 패턴 다이어그램 참고. 무방향 타이어의 경우, 이 패턴으로 타이어를 교체할 때의 의미는 무엇인가? 특히 앞 타이어를 뒤쪽으로 옮길 때 차량의 같은 쪽에 유지하도록 권장하는 이유는 무엇인가?

1.3L 스코다 펠리시아(캐브레터 엔진, 촉매변환기 없음)에서 지난 1-2개월간 배기음이 변함. 처음에는 혀로 입술 사이에서 내는 음성 같은 '찍찍' 거리는 소리(윙윙거리는 듯)였고, 최근 며칠간 더욱 심해져 트랙터 같은 저음의 윙윙거리는 소리로 변함. 1500-1800rpm 이상, 스로틀 20% 이상 열 때 시작되며, 부드럽게 운전할 때는 거의 들리지 않음. 배기계통은 3부분으로 구성됨.

새 배기관 설치 후 (프론트 휠 영역에서 뒤쪽까지 연결) 실내 통풍구에서 배기 가스 냄새가 나고 있음. 뒤쪽 행잉 볼트가 차체에 충돌하면서 배기음이 간헐적으로 발생. 배기관 불량 장착으로 인한 배기 가스 누출 의심.

배터리 교환

AC 콘솔의 디스플레이와 노브가 작동하지 않음. 처음에는 시동 후 AC가 작동했으나, 배터리를 분리했다가 다시 연결한 후 AC가 켜지지 않고 AC 제어 노브가 모두 작동하지 않음.

2003 GMC Envoy XL이 시동이 걸리지 않음. 배터리는 새것이고 올터네이터도 새것인데 조명, 히터 등 전기 장치는 모두 정상 작동. 시동 시 아무런 소음이 나지 않음.
