변속기 오일 교환

2002 Subaru Impreza RS에서 주행 중 랜덤하게 발생하는 순간적인 출력 손실. 기어나 속도와 관계없이 발생. 음악을 끄면 희미한 "공기 배출" 음향과 함께 순간적인 출력 지연 발생.

두 번 발생했으며, 첫 번째는 훨씬 심했음. 우측 상완 컨트롤 암의 내부 부싱을 교체했으나 오늘 다시 발생 (속도가 낮아서 덜 심함). 파워 스티어링 플루이드는 가득 참. 6개월 전에 중고 랙을 교체했으며 상태는 양호했으나 설치 중 라인 연결 중 발생.

Probably not a lengthy thread as there's not much to be done with this one. It's my wife's car and mostly used locally for dog walks, fetching stuff and bouncing around the back roads of East Anglia. I'll maybe take some proper pictures when it next gets sanitised (and it's not dusk)!It's stock other than a steel bash plate up front and 225/65/17 Geolander G015 AT tyres on some aftermarket alloys. It's comfy, easy, pretty simple and makes silly Subaru noises. 최근 1개월 이내에 써모스탯, 아웃렛 하우징, 라디에이터를 교체한 후 냉각수를 넣으면 오버플로우 탱크 상단의 오버플로우 홀을 통해 계속 냉각수가 새고 있음. 공기가 시스템에 유입되어 압력이 증가하고 냉각수가 오버플로우되는 것으로 의심됨. 오일에 물이나 냉각수가 섞여 있지 않아 헤드 개스킷은 문제없는 것으로 판단함.

에어컨 가스 충전

2005 마즈다 트리뷰트(주행거리 20만km 이상)의 에어컨 고장. 이전 소유자가 냉매 충전했음. 저압 게이지를 A/C 튜브 저압 포트에 연결했으나 엔진 시동 후에도 압력이 떨어지지 않음(클러치 작동 시 압력이 떨어져야 함). 컴프레서 클러치가 회전하지 않음을 확인. 퓨즈와 릴레이는 정상으로 확인됨.

브레이크 디스크 교환

2000 쉐보레 실버라도 1500 4WD (4.8L) 전면 브레이크 정비(패드, 로터, 캘리퍼, 브레이크 호스 교체) 후 우측 앞 로터가 과열되고 드래깅 현상 발생. 제동 냄새 심함.

파워 스티어링 리저버에 갈색 탁한 액체가 있음. 아버지 차에 넣은 액체는 핑크색이었음. 이것이 정상인지 확인하고 싶음.

냉매를 다시 충전한 후 컴프레서로 들어가는 파이프가 에어컨 작동 중에 매우 차가워짐. 파이프가 차가우면 열 손실이 발생하고 컴프레서가 엔진 영역을 통과하는 냉매에서 얻은 열을 추출하기 위해 추가 작업을 해야 한다고 생각함. 파이프를 단열재로 감싸서 에어컨 시스템 효율을 높일 수 있을지 의문.

2003 혼다 시빅 하이브리드 변속기 고장. 혼다 정식 견적: $4500 교체. 다른 정비소에서 수리 견적 $3200, 중고 변속기 교체 견적 $2700. 장시간 고장난 변속기로 주행함.

2003 쉐보레 트레일블레이저 로우빔이 작동하지 않음. 하이빔은 정상 작동. 퓨즈 테스트 완료 및 교체 확인됨. 전구도 정상. 정비사가 "바디 모듈레이터"를 의심하고 있음.

엔진오일 교환

2007 Ford Focus 파워 스티어링에서 소음 발생, 엔진 시동 후 캡 주변에서 유체 누출, 유체가 거품 생김. 펌프, 리저버, 플러시 후에도 계속 발생.

2001 마즈다 626의 브레이크 서비스 경고등이 켜졌고, 브레이크가 스펀지처럼 부드러워지며 제대로 작동하지 않음. 정비소에서 브레이크 라인을 교체했으나 2-3주 후 다시 작동 불능. 차량 후방으로 가는 케이블/라인에서 브레이크액으로 보이는 액체가 새고 있는 것으로 관찰됨.

마쓰다 323 아스티나(1997년식), 추운 날씨에 5단에서 뉴트럴로 미끄러져 나감. 하루에 보통 1회, 매우 추운 날씨에는 2회 발생. 차가 30분 이상 연속 운행 후에는 발생하지 않음. 가속 또는 가벼운 액셀 압력으로 코스팅할 때만 발생. 기어스틱이 뉴트럴 위치로 튀어나가고 엔진 회전수가 즉시 상승.

배터리 리드 와이어를 그라운드시킨 후 120암페어 퓨즈를 교체했습니다. 처음 시동은 잘 되었지만 운전 후 시동을 끄고 다시 시동하려니 크랭크가 안 됩니다. 방금 교체한 120암페어 퓨즈가 다시 끊어져 있었습니다. 배터리 리드를 올바르게 재배선했는데도 매번 퓨즈가 끊어집니다. 접점이 그라운드되지 않고 모든 표면을 청소했는데도 문제가 계속됩니다.
