증상

2002 혼다 시빅의 시동 문제. 아침에는 정상 시동 및 주행. 2시간 운행 후 재시동 정상. 30분 식사 후 시동 불가. 키 턴 시 대시보드 불이 들어오고 엔진은 크랭킹되지만 시동이 걸리지 않음. 10분 대기해도 시동 안 됨.

처리 내용

전자장치 또는 기계장치가 열에 의해 팽창하면서 접촉 불량 발생 가능성. 온도 상승 시 금속 팽창으로 인한 접촉 손실 → 차량이 식을 때까지 대기 후 금속 수축 시 재시동 가능. 배터리 단자, 스타터 모터 연결부, 또는 기타 전기 연결 부위의 느슨한 나사/접촉 불량 확인. 특히 최근 정비 기록(예: 트랜스미션, 엔진 오버홀 등) 확인 필요. 열 관련 접촉 불량 의심 시 전기 회로 및 연결부 전반 점검 필요.
