증상
2012 Mercedes Sprinter 2500에서 몇 주 전부터 시동 불량이 발생했고, 배터리가 충전되지 않음. 새 배터리로 교체 후 단거리 주행 후 엔진이 꺼짐. 멀티미터로 측정 시 엔진 구동 중 배터리 전압이 12.6V에서 계속 떨어짐. Y-케이블 또는 발전기(알터네이터) 불량 의심.
처리 내용
엔진 구동 중 11.8V는 너무 낮으며, 배터리 충전을 위해 최소 13.8V(권장 14.5V ±0.2V) 출력이 필요함. 발전기(알터네이터) 불량이거나 벨트 장력 부족으로 접촉 불량이 발생한 것으로 판단됨. 벨트 장력이 적절하고 벨트 상태가 양호하다면 발전기(알터네이터) 교체 필요.

배터리 방전으로 견인되어 옴. 알터네이터 불량으로 판단되어 알터네이터 교체함. 로드 테스트 중 온도 게이지가 높게 올라감. 냉각팬이 작동하지 않음을 확인. 팬에 그라운드는 있으나 팬 커맨드 시 전원이 공급되지 않음.

Also had exactly this with my E46 after replacing the alternator with a refurbished Bosch unit, changed for a second refurbished alternator and seems to have stopped the random parasitic draw. Assuming again it was voltage leaking passed one of the diodes.
