That might be when going away for a weekend or a day, or just riding / driving only for the pleasure of driving or riding (these tend to be different destinations and roads of course). That s where the fun bikes and really fun cars come in. I can completely understand why you like older cars for your use case, and why they can work for you. I think you re extracting as much value as you can from limited miles / opportunity, that value being based on your view on what driving a proper car should be like. Perfectly understandable I may be wrong, but that s what I have taken from your posts.The best value I can get from my 15k functional miles is to get there quickly, comfortably, with as little effort and aggravation as possible. The best value I can extract from my 10k pleasure miles is to have a joyful experience of riding a thrilling motorbike o
