증상
4기통 가스 분석기 측정 결과 (공회전): CO2 10.64%, CO 4.98%, O2 1.94%, HC 148ppm, Lambda 0.93/AFR 13.7. 오래된 카뷰레터 차량이며 EGR 및 보조 공기 분사 없음. 배기 누수 없음. 리치 튜닝 상태에서 흡입 산소의 거의 10%가 미사용 상태인 이유 의문.
처리 내용
배기 매니폴드 또는 센서 업스트림에서 배기 누수 가능성 높음. 비록 누수가 없다고 했지만 미발견된 누수일 수 있음. 밸브 오버래프는 배기 사이클과 흡기 사이클 사이에만 발생하며, 배기가스가 흡기 사이클 중 연소실로 역류(reversion)할 수 있음. 실린더가 부진공 상태일 때는 신규 흡기 충전이 배기밸브로 밀려 나가지 않음. 올바르게 조정하면 오버래프를 EGR 대용으로 사용 가능. 주의: 터보/슈퍼차저 장착 차량은 다를 수 있음. 충분한 압력이 있으면 오버래프가 크면 흡기 충전이 배기포트로 밀려나갈 수 있음. 질문에서 언급 없으므로 이 경우에 해당 가능성 낮음.

Oooh, that's a decent idea of using separate portage for BBB, M11rph. The Aston is back from it's service and all is well. I dropped it off at J H Pearce on Monday at the tiny little Fairoaks Airport near Chobham.
