But that's just survivor bias. We desperately need the chart that shows that for every 2014 Model S on 250,000 miles there are ten in the scrapyard with their stupid, remorseful owners languishing in debtors prison.Where can we get that chart? No st Sherlock. The thread was much more interesting when it talked about caravan towing capacity. It will get interesting again when things like reliability are assessed on more than mileage and MOT failures. What measures do you suggest?MOT failure rate is quite a good measure I would have thought?I'll preface my reply by saying I really couldn't care less about the reliability or otherwise of EVs and I await the return of the thread to its title.Having got that out of the way, in th meantime, if I was really interested and wanted to draw some meaningful conclusions, I think I'd like to see comparisons by age as well as mileage, the types of faults, level of problem e.g breakdowns, recalls, cost of repairs and probably a few other things as well. I don't disagree that MOT failure rates are one potentially useful measure, once cars are over three years old anyway. Before long we will have more data on a wider range of EVs going back for a substantially longer period. At the moment if you want to go back much more than five years you are pretty limited by which EVs were available before then.

In a multi story that I was using earlier this evening, the MOT ran out in May 24. I do find the car park ones odd, I've seen other seemingly abandoned cars in other car parks, I'd love to know the reasons.

A somewhat unbalanced duo which is acknowledged from the start in this head to head. I would never put these two on the same page and i found myself unpicking the Porsche rather than comparing it to the Morgan. Despite the indifferences the 911 wins out.

I got the make and basic model in three - not Cardle's answer though. Ironically I intended to type in Challenger but ended up typing Charger for some reason - so I got it right by default!

If its styling fuses a little 6GT with a little 720S, I can't see it going far wrong.Building an SUV is a sad but perhaps necessary evil. Performance manufacturers should really look at a different set of priorities to luxury marques. A McLaren, Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, or even Bentley SUV should be something that could conceivably win a race. Make the body low and wide, and if it has to be jacked up, make it jacked up for sand dunes and mud pits, not Kensington kerbs and speedbumps. Most importantly, make it weigh less! Else there's no S about it, it's just a big fat squishy UV.
