I suspect this might be the same with it s Alpina Green- Odd that it has an Alpina VIN stamped into it, as it s a Sytner car. I don t recall mine having that. These didn t come with a plaque- C2.5 spec was an Alpina ECU, Alpina cam, wheels, exhaust = 190hp- I m sure this car is legit, but I d still like to see the hand-written Sytners build sheet which would confirm everything. I find it odd that Sytners would confirm it as the only Touring built given they made a few, unless the seller is confusing the fact it might be the only RHD Alpina Green C2.5 Touring, which is probably correct. There are probably other standard looking 325i Tourings out there with the Alpina C2.5 mechanical changes made to them in period, as this was also an option As with everything built by Sytner back then, specs might vary and I found it hard to get to the bottom of everything they didMy old car:Cool to get some real info on this. A somewhat unbalanced duo which is acknowledged from the start in this head to head. I would never put these two on the same page and i found myself unpicking the Porsche rather than comparing it to the Morgan. Despite the indifferences the 911 wins out.

I got the make and basic model in three - not Cardle's answer though. Ironically I intended to type in Challenger but ended up typing Charger for some reason - so I got it right by default!

If its styling fuses a little 6GT with a little 720S, I can't see it going far wrong.Building an SUV is a sad but perhaps necessary evil. Performance manufacturers should really look at a different set of priorities to luxury marques. A McLaren, Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, or even Bentley SUV should be something that could conceivably win a race. Make the body low and wide, and if it has to be jacked up, make it jacked up for sand dunes and mud pits, not Kensington kerbs and speedbumps. Most importantly, make it weigh less! Else there's no S about it, it's just a big fat squishy UV.
