엔진 블록을 엔진 스탠드에 볼팅하는 방법에 대한 질문: 볼트는 어디서 오는가? 트랜스미션 벨하우징과 맞는 볼트를 재사용할 수 있는가? 새 볼트가 필요한 경우 어떤 종류의 볼트를 구매해야 하는가? 특수 재료로 만들어져 있는가? 일반 볼트로 충분한가? 엔진 블록의 어느 부분에 볼트를 나사로 조이는가?
처리 내용
트랜스미션을 엔진에 부착하는 볼트를 재사용하거나, 길이가 맞지 않으면 같은 나사 규격이지만 올바른 길이의 새 볼트를 구입하면 된다. 워셔가 필요할 수도 있다. 스탠드는 트랜스미션이 엔진에 부착되는 부분에 볼팅된다. 엔진이 실제로 볼팅되는 스탠드의 부분은 분리 가능하므로 땅 위의 엔진이나 크레인에서 매달린 상태에서 부착할 수 있다. 그 후 크레인(또는 몇 명의 도움)을 사용하여 이 부분을 스탠드의 회전 어셈블리에 밀어 넣는다. 한 개의 스탠드는 엔진에 부착되는 암이 조절 가능하므로 다양한 엔진에 맞게 조절되지만, 스탠드의 설계 무게를 고려해야 한다. 대형 디젤용으로 헤비 듀티 버전도 있다. 전체 어셈블리는 핸들로 회전할 수 있으며 핀으로 위치에 고정할 수 있다. 더 비싼 버전은 미세 조정이나 무거운 엔진에 유용할 수 있는 기어식 회전 시스템이 있다.

I need to make some gears/pinions myself. I have access to a high quality 4-axis CNC mill, but not to a lathe. I'd like to cut these gears out of flat stock (facing), rather than round (edgewise) using narrow end mills. Being able to prototype this in plastic sheets is important to me. I've found a bunch of sites that explain hobbing and that have formulas for pitch etc, but no sites that actually generate the splines for the gear teeth to turn into Gcode. Before I sit down with Mathematica and derive it from first principles, does anyone know of a good resource for this?
