2001 Mercedes Benz E320가 대시보드에 '배터리/충전기 저전압 경고'가 표시된 후 약 1.6km 주행 후 시동이 꺼짐. 점프스타트 후 다시 시작했지만 약 1.6km 후 다시 시동이 꺼짐. 새 충전기와 새 배터리를 교체했음에도 불구하고 여전히 시동이 걸리지 않음.

배터리 방전으로 견인되어 옴. 알터네이터 불량으로 판단되어 알터네이터 교체함. 로드 테스트 중 온도 게이지가 높게 올라감. 냉각팬이 작동하지 않음을 확인. 팬에 그라운드는 있으나 팬 커맨드 시 전원이 공급되지 않음.

Also had exactly this with my E46 after replacing the alternator with a refurbished Bosch unit, changed for a second refurbished alternator and seems to have stopped the random parasitic draw. Assuming again it was voltage leaking passed one of the diodes.
